In Pickering
Pickering is two markets. North of the 401 the new communities are still filling in, and those yards arrive as bare grade with everything still to build. South of it, the older lakeside neighbourhoods have mature lots, established trees and surfaces that have been through forty winters. Lake exposure also matters more than people expect — wind and freeze-thaw are harder on an exposed south-facing lot.
Our work
Job locations are being added to these captions as we confirm them — we will not label a photo with a city it was not taken in.

Working with us
We measure, check drainage and grade, and talk through what you actually want. Free, and no pressure to sign anything.
Scope, materials, base depth and price in writing. You'll know exactly what's included before a shovel moves.
Ontario One Call locates booked, materials ordered, start date confirmed. A realistic window, not an optimistic one.
Excavation, base, compaction, install. Site cleaned at the end of each day — you still have to live there.
We walk it together before final payment. Anything on your list gets fixed, then we're back if settling shows up.
Questions
Replacing a driveway in its existing footprint generally does not need a building permit. Widening it, or cutting a new curb across the boulevard, does need approval from the City of Pickering, and the rules on maximum width and how much of the front yard can be hard surface differ between municipalities. We confirm what applies to your address before quoting.
It depends on the season. Spring and early summer are booked over the winter, so a job signed in January is usually in the ground by April. Interior work has much shorter lead times year-round.
No. Pickering is inside our normal working radius from Stouffville, which is deliberately kept tight — travel time comes out of the working day, and a contractor who is two hours away is a contractor who does not come back.
Yes. Minor settling in the first season is not unusual and lifting and resetting a small area is straightforward. Being twenty minutes away is the practical reason we can do that.
