What we actually are

Search "interlocking Toronto" and most of what comes back isn't a contractor. It's lead-generation networks running near-identical websites, sequential phone numbers, and a virtual office address — selling your enquiry on to whoever pays for it. You find out on the day someone unfamiliar turns up in an unmarked van.

We're the other thing. A real crew, based in Stouffville, working a radius we can actually service — which matters most when something needs attention a year later and we're twenty minutes away rather than a dispatch queue away.

Inside and out, all year

Hardscaping and interiors run alongside each other rather than in shifts. Interior work — basements, flooring, tile, drywall, paint, cabinets — carries on year-round. The outdoor work is the part the weather governs: once the ground is frozen, excavation and paving wait for spring, and we'll say so rather than take a deposit for work that can't be done properly.

It keeps a consistent crew working instead of rebuilding a team every spring, and it means the person who built your driveway is the person you call about the basement.

Where we're honest about the limits

Ontario treats most construction trades as voluntary — carpentry, masonry, painting, drywall, tiling, flooring, concrete finishing and landscaping need no licence. A short list is compulsory, and we don't pretend otherwise. Electrical work goes to a Licensed Electrical Contractor with the ESA notification filed under their licence, not ours. Plumbing goes to a licensed plumber. Gas goes to a TSSA-registered technician. We schedule and coordinate around them, and we tell you which parts of your job that applies to before you sign anything.

Plenty of contractors imply an in-house crew for work they broker out. That's where reputations break.

How we quote

Free, on site, and in writing. The written scope names the materials, the base depth and what's included — the things that actually differ between quotes and that most quotes leave vague. You can hold ours against the build spec published on this site and check we're quoting what we say we build.
