What is actually worth doing in a garage?
In order: the floor, then storage, then lighting. A coated floor changes how the space feels more than anything else, storage is what makes it usable, and most garages are badly under-lit.
Can a garage be heated and used as a workshop?
Yes, and it needs insulation before heat or you are heating the street. Insulating the walls, ceiling and the garage door itself comes first; the heat source is an HVAC or electrical trade depending on type.
Do you replace garage doors?
We coordinate it rather than perform it. Torsion springs are genuinely dangerous to work on without the right training and tools, so door replacement goes to a specialist.
Can a garage become living space?
Sometimes, and it is a permit job with insulation, egress, heating and often structural work. It is a conversion rather than a renovation, and worth treating as one from the start.
