We measure, check drainage and grade, and talk through what you actually want. Free, and no pressure to sign anything.

Scope, materials, base depth and price in writing. You'll know exactly what's included before a shovel moves.

Schedule & locates
Ontario One Call locates booked, materials ordered, start date confirmed. A realistic window, not an optimistic one.

Build
Excavation, base, compaction, install. Site cleaned at the end of each day — you still have to live there.

Walkthrough
We walk it together before final payment. Anything on your list gets fixed, then we're back if settling shows up.

Is there a minimum job size?
We work in half-day and full-day blocks rather than by the item, because travel and setup cost the same whether it is one job or six. If you have a list, it is far better value than a single task — and most people do have a list.
What is not on this list?
Anything that is a compulsory trade: electrical, plumbing and gas. Also anything structural, and anything involving asbestos or mould. We will tell you plainly and point you at the right trade rather than attempting it.
Do you do emergency call-outs?
No. We are a project-based business, not a service-call one, and pretending otherwise would mean letting down whoever's job we walked off.
